Terms and Conditions

1. Artwork cannot be used in a commercial sense without prior approval and a written statement from the artist granting that permission.

2. Use of the work is reserved exclusively for the one that commissioned the work, reusing from examples, or reselling art (as a buyer) is not permitted.

3. The artist reserves the right to use previous work for personal reasons (such as personal portfolio & advertising). That being said, work will never be resold.

4. Rights to sell merchandise of commissioned work can be obtained, please contact the artist for further details.

5. If you are on a waiting list and cannot be contacted when it is time for your commission, you could be dropped from the list or moved to the bottom, at the artist’s discretion.

6. The artist reserves the right to turn down any work, for any reason.
